Took longer to receive than advertised but build team was in near constant contact with updates. The call with the build team made sure the specs were adequate for the experience I was looking for and to help nail the all important aesthetic. It looks great and runs the games i wanted at great specs. I've already logged over 200 hours on Satisfactory and am having a blast.

My purchasing experience was good. Apex called to insure I was getting the right computer and components I needed for what I wanted to do. It was great to have the one on one and know what games my new rig could run. It took a while to get my order, the hurricane in Texas had something to do about that. Overall it runs fine, and has played my games smoothly. I recommend Apex for purchasing a budget build.

The lights on the PC case are way too bright but it’s nothing a little electrical tape couldn’t cover. Other than that I love the PCs performance and the walkthrough was simple, even for a guy who never set up a pc before.

I’ve had a pretty bad experience. I ordered my PC over 4 months ago and still have yet to get to use it. It arrived with a bad gpu and I went through several steps to try and fix it, I then reached out to apex about the issue and was given a bunch of things to try and I tried everything that was asked of me. When none of the solutions worked and I told them it was the gpu like I had suspected the whole time I was asked to send it back to be looked at, I was then told that I would be charged for the shipping as it was outside of the return window. This was very frustrating as the reason it was outside the window is because I was told to try a bunch of fixes before sending it back. I told apex as much in an email and thankfully they covered the cost but the fact they tried to pressure me into paying for it when I had nothing to do with the faulty equipment I was sent was really disappointing. I’ve now been waiting over a month for the gpu to be returned to me, so I still have not gotten to play a single game on it or use it. I understand that most people probably don’t have this amount of problems with apex and the equipment but I’m just very frustrated by my whole experience with them.

Love my PC. Was impressed with the clean cable management especially compared to some of my friends PCs from other companies. What I will say is I am thoroughly unimpressed with Apex's customer support. Took days to get a reply from them and when I have to go back and forth several times it's would take 2 weeks to say what should have been possible over a few days. Also was charged for a set of upgrades that weren't installed on my computer. When I reached out they said they would refund the cost and nothing ever came through. Overall the PC is solid but this customer support didn't impress and I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Showed up after 5 months (original estimate was 5-9 weeks) little to no updates from company. No instructions to help with setup, random wires left unplugged in case. Computer runs decently but not well enough to overshadow the glaring issues with delivery and communication. Can't recommend based off my experience.

The order took longer than what the email said it would take. When I got the PC I had several issues and couldn't use it the first month I got it. After calling everyday for help they wouldn't let me send parts in for replacements when I have a warranty. I ended up spending an extra 600 dollars on new parts from a different company just to be able to play. I ordered the PC in February and I got to fully play it with out troubles last week (June). So I would not recommend this company to anybody I know. I will be going to any other company from here on out.

Very well packaged to avoid any transportation damage. Overall a 10/10 experience will recommend any friend wanting to buy a PC to get one on APEX.

This PC is great! It plays all the games I want it to and they look great! The Apex Vision 27in 1080p 144Hz Gaming Monitor I got with it was a different story though. The monitor stopped working after 3 months of usage. I definitely should have done my research and gotten a different monitor to go with it, but the PC is working wonderfully!

The PC is outstanding! It took 3 months due to delays but that was expected and the customer service told me about it and I feel there was great communication along the way. The only problem is that the case is white and I wanted black. But other than that, it works fantastic and I'm very happy with it! I would definitely recommend Apex Gaming PC's and buy from them again.

Overall I really like the convenience of getting the product pre built however the time from ordering and receiving it is pretty long. I was promised 6-16 weeks however it took over half a year to arrive. And it would’ve taken longer if I hadn’t reached out. Also the motherboard didn’t come with any screw holes for solid state drives which is pretty annoying. The product itself works really well so I’ll give it a good review.

I just bought a pc from here 2 days ago but I live in Canada and it gives you a choice to buy in Canada but I didn't change the price so I didn't know it was still USD currency so it billed me an extra $700 because I customized it and it ended up to be $2700 which was out of my price range (I haven't gotten the pc yet because I just ordered it)
